In 1991, we began in the Valley as Timberline Resort Realty, and in August 2009 proudly announced our corporate name change to ALMOST HEAVEN WV REALTY to reflect the love we have for West Virginia.
ALMOST HEAVEN WV REALTY will continue assisting purchasers to find and buy their desired Canaan Valley property.
Our realty office is comprised of the Broker, two Associate Brokers, two full-time and two part-time agents with three additional Vacation Rental reservationists. The three Brokers' combined 103 years of experience in real estate affords ultimate client representation whether in resort properties, or in commercial and acreage development and sales. Our commitment is to serve as sellers' listing and sales agents. We are members of the Canaan Valley Co-brokers Association and organize the local Multi-listing service. Upon a purchaser’s request, Almost Heaven WV Realty will act as Buyer's Agent. This agency also manages and rents resort vacation homes and condos.
